The School Intent to Participate in Program Form is not a registration form for the History Fair Competitions. This form ensures that your school will receive all communications related to the Chicago Metro History Fair. This form is due at the beginning of the school year to insure the participating teachers are fully informed of History Fair activities and competition notifications, including project registration.
