The Chicago Metro History Fair (CMHF) , a program of the Chicago History Museum, respects the privacy of the educators, students, partners, volunteers, and donors who are involved in CMHF activities; therefore, CMHF neither sells nor gives names, emails, or other contact information in its contact lists to other organizations or individuals.
CMHF does not solicit names or contact information from third parties to supplement its email contact list. Any email used has been obtained directly from its owner or has been referred to CMHF by a mutual contact. If a person wishes to be removed from our email list, please notify CMHF directly in writing or through the relevant “Unsubscribe” features.
CMHF attempts to ensure it receives permission for the use of photographs, video, and audio of students and their projects (see student authorization form), teachers, donors, volunteers, partners, or judges who may appear on the CMHF website or other electronic or print media. However, if a student, parent and/or guardian, teacher, donor, volunteer, partner, or judge prefers to have any images, video, or audio of themselves or their children removed from the CMHF website, other electronic media, or print materials, CMHF will comply at its earliest opportunity after receiving written notice.
CMHF cherishes the support and contributions of its audiences and stakeholders and aims to retain their involvement in CMHF and its online community.
