MY SCHOOL INTENDS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE 2008-2009 CHICAGO METRO HISTORY FAIR

The School Intent to Participate in Program Form is not a registration form for the History Fair Competitions. This form ensures that your school will receive all communications related to the 2008-2009 Chicago Metro History Fair. Due at the beginning of the school year.
